By Hand

By Hand is a photographic study of sustainable fashion, created during my second year at university. Rooted in a hands-on approach to garment making, the project showcases a series of pieces that were either newly constructed, altered, or thoughtfully customised by hand.

Through this work, the series reflects on the value of craft, individuality, and care in clothing. By celebrating the imperfect and personal nature of handmade garments, By Hand invites a reconsideration of how we define quality, sustainability, and authenticity in fashion.
